TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1) Goods sold are NOT RETURNABLE OR EXCHANGEABLE without any valid reason. We do not accept subjective reasons for return/exchange such as not good looking, not up to expectation, changing mind, choose the wrong items, etc.
2) Buyer should report defective of goods within 1 day after received. Warranty ONLY VALID WITHIN 7 DAYS after seller delivery date. In the exchange process, damaged item during shipping will not be refunded. ONCE BROKEN, CONSIDERED SOLD.
3) All BOOKING VALID ONLY 3 DAYS from payment done. We have the right to let go the item if no settlement payment done.
4) Online and internet shopping makes things easier. Usually, items will be shipped within 2 days. Please allow 2 to 3 working days for the item to reach you.
5) Price shown is FIXED, inclusive of POSLAJU CHARGES AND POSTAGE INSURANCE for West Malaysia and Sabah/Sarawak add RM8 for Postage Insurance.
6) We accept payment in cash RM (MALAYSIA RINGGIT) only. Payment can be made via CIMB, and BANK ISLAM. We only accept Cash On Delivery( C.O.D) at KL and PJ area.
7) Disclaimer: As all necessary precaution is taken in delivering all items, we will not be responsible for any damage or loss items during delivery.
